Filtration system


Model TURBO incorporates a robust built-in filtration system that efficiently separates and accumulates dust and used abrasive media. This system plays a vital role in maintaining the quality of the circulating abrasive, ensuring that only still good and effective media remains in circulation during the sandblasting process.

Venturi nozzle


Our sandblaster is equipped with a Venturi-type nozzle, this specific nozzle design ensures optimal abrasive flow and distribution, enhancing the sandblasting efficiency. 

The nozzle's Venturi effect increases the velocity of the abrasive particles. The nozzle is adjustable, allowing operators to customise the blasting pattern and pressure according to their specific needs.

Vacuum system


Equipped with one powerful vacuum engines 1200 W, this machine ensures sufficient suction power, effectively capturing and containing the abrasive media and dust generated during the sandblasting process.

Filter cleaning 


Model TURBO is equipped with pneumatic filter cleaning, which in a sandblaster not only extends the filter's lifespan but also ensures that the equipment operates efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe work environment for the operator. 

This feature is extremely easy to use, just press the button once before sandblasting and once after sandblasting is finished.

Decompression
system


Another feature in our sandblaster is decompression system, which make the pressure drop in tank in a matter of seconds, that way flow of abrasive is almost immediately stopped allowing for better control of sandblasting process.

Self regulating valve

Our abrasive valve solution will automatically adjust mix of air and abrasive to achieve perfect sandblasting result.

Pressure setup and regulation

Pressure regulation allows operators to adjust the pressure to suit the specific job, ensuring that the abrasive material doesn't damage the surface or produce an inconsistent finish. In our machine we made it easy as possible.
