Rules of sales

1. Prices in the offer are net prices. We do sell in European Union, in order for 0% VAT to apply there must be active EU VAT numer and outside that territory as well, in which case cost of custom and other applicable charges apply. In case those conditions are not met 23% TAX rate must be added to the price.

2. Goods can be received upon cash payment or after the payment is credited to the company's bank account. In exceptional situations, we accept personally delivered or emailed transfer confirmations.

  

3. When purchasing materials for sandblasters or accessories/parts for machines, the goods may be sent to the customer at their expense through a courier company. In the absence of other arrangements, the goods will be sent with cash on delivery. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company.


4. Delivery, installation, and training for the sale of sandblasters and other machines are chargeable (unless otherwise specified). In the case of shipping the device to the customer through a courier company, the customer bears the delivery costs.


5. The ordering party is obliged to prepare the installation site, provide the required media, and unload the delivered goods.


6. Goods sent by a courier company are delivered within DHL delivery schedule and are sent from Poland. If the goods are not collected, they will be returned to the sender - Blast Effect. Note: Failure to collect the shipment on time will result in the customer being charged for shipping and return costs.


7. The customer is obligated to check the packaging and condition of the goods, as well as their compliance with the order, at the time of delivery and in the presence of the courier. In case of damage, a damage complaint protocol must be prepared in the presence of the courier, including a description of the damage and, if possible, photos. The signed protocol must be handed over to the courier, and a copy of the protocol must be sent immediately by email to biuro@blasteffect.pl to inform the sender of the damage. Only a properly prepared and submitted damage protocol allows for the pursuit of claims for damage during transport from insurance.


8. For orders of all types of devices, a written order from the customer and prepayment or a deposit, depending on specific agreements, are required. In the case of a deposit, the remaining payment should be made no later than on the day of device installation at the customer's location.


9. The goods remain the property of Blast Effect until the total payment by the Buyer is made.


10. Devices typically come with a 12-month warranty, unless stated otherwise.


11. Accessories and consumables such as nozzles, brushes, fixtures, etc., are not covered by the warranty and are not subject to exchange or return.


12. Blast Effect is not responsible to the Buyer for any delays in delivery, repair execution, or improper operation of the Device if such delay is caused by force majeure, including, in particular: floods, fires, wars, states of emergency, strikes, or improper operation of electronic systems of a general nature or standard electronic systems or computer programs.


13. Blast Effect is not responsible to the Buyer for the loss, damage, or destruction of the device and is not responsible for damages caused by these defects.


14. Blast Effect is not responsible for losses and damages incurred by the Buyer due to:

a) faulty operation of the device
b) use of a defective device by the buyer
c) assembly or disassembly by unauthorized persons
d) suspension of production functions of the device
e) failure to take subsequent orders
