How to use the mask?

How does it work?

Step 1

Order graphics either from our catalogue or send us picture of unique project you want to make, we will send you back ready to use photoresist mask.

Step 2

After you receive the sticker follow our how to apply mask onto the surface of blasting material, which can be use stone, ceramics, glass, mirror or multiple others.

Step 3

In order to avoid blasting in spaces you do not want to blast use protective tape to cover those areas.

Step 4

Fill our pressure pot through the sieve with white fused alumina 180 grit, the abrasive is included in our package. Capacity of the tank is 1 l, which is enough for large format pictures.

Step 5

Connect vacuum to our portable container, both included in our package, than start sandblasting using foot pedal, run the sandblasting, in order to achieve perfect results run the blasting pen one time from left to right direction, one time from up to down and one time diagonal.

Step 6

After the sandblasting is finished remove the protective tape and photoresist film.

Step 7

After tape is removed use water or solver to get rid of glue residue. Picture is now ready, optionally you can apply paint for even more visible effect.

Step 8

Sandblasting is deep enough that it will hold the paint, applying is very easy using just a rag, you can choose multiple colours to achieve desired effect.

Step 9

Sandblasting of the picture is ready now, entire process from start to finish takes around 10 minutes.
